Date: 2011-09-06 12:27 am (UTC)Strange that this article did not cover more of the sexual harassment that was occuring toward McInerney BY King. It was well documented that King singled out McInerney to taunt. McInerney was obviously very disturbed by King and complaints were made to the school by more than one child that King was making sexual comments, gestures and advances to other boys.
It's like a fucking parade of victim blaming. For a goddamn fifteen year old.

And it's obviously a hate crime.
